Size Guide: 

Small: 28 inch - 32 inch waist 

Medium: 32 inch - 35 inch waist 

Large: 35 inch - 38 inch waist

Because this is a 100% Natural Fibre Product, the sizing runs ever so slightly bigger. So if you're in between sizes and prefer a 'tighter' fit size down and vice versa. If you're an active gym goer with bigger legs/glutes definitely size up to accomodate.
